SAN FRANCISCO -- The state budget analyst says the fees collected for the administration of the Division of Occupational Safety and Health's (DOSH) new permanent amusement ride program should be separated to avoid a general fund subsidy.The recommendation was delivered in an analysis of the governor's proposed 2000-01 budget for the Department of Industrial Relations.
