NEWPORT BEACH -- The Cal/OSH Appeals Board again has a full complement of members with the announcement by the governor's office this week that attorney Robert Pacheco of Walnut has been named as public member of the quasi-judicial body.If confirmed by the state Senate, Pacheco, 70, will join board chairperson Candice Traeger and labor member Marcy Saunders on the board.
