SACRAMENTO -- I read with interest an article in the Sept. 24 issue of Cal-OSHA Reporter entitled "Appeals Board Reverses Itself on Fall Protection for Warehouse Projects" (p. 8290). I was pleased to learn the board reversed itself and ruled in favor of common sense by including warehouse-type structures in a broad definition of "large, open-span buildings."
