A Los Angeles city jury has convicted a framing company owner and the company itself in the April 2002 death of a construction worker who fell down the garbage chute from the fifth floor of an apartment building under construction.Brian Larrabure, 45, and his firm, BLF, Inc., were convicted last week of violating California Labor Code 6425(a) for willfully violating Construction Safety Orders 1632(b), (d) and 1670(a).According to Division of Occupational Safety and Health Chief Coun
