SACRAMENTO -- Governor Schwarzenegger has appointed Rick Rice and John Rea to permanent positions within the Labor and Workforce Development Agency (LWDA) and the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), respectively.Rice was named LWDA undersecretary.
