Marine Terminals and Bulk Storage Regs – to Be Heard

The Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board will hold a public hearing on the following new proposals at its Sept. 21, 2000, meeting in Los Angeles:MARINE TERMINALS: The first proposal would amend General Industry Safety Orders (GISO) 3465(a), 3472 and 3475, Marine Terminals. The revision is designed to bring Cal/OSHA standards in line with federal revisions published in 1997.The Standards Board staff proposes to amend 3465 to address the design, construction and maintenance
