Metro Rail Contractor Cited – After Investigation of Fatal Fall

OAKLAND, CA - The Division of Occupational Safety and Health issued five citations to Tutor-Saliba-Perini on October 28 for violations of state workplace safety regulations related to a July 25, 1997, fatality at the company's Metro Rail subway project.
