Movie Set Mishaps, Close Call In A Trench And A Wild Ride Down A Cliff

California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating a number of recent incidents, including a serious injury to a movie-set worker involving a simulated Stinger missile and a worker who survived a 200-foot plunge down a cliff in Marin County in a bulldozer. Cal-OSHA Reporter
