New Construction Permit Rules Effective Oct. 29 – But Don’t Panic

Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) is getting a glut of calls from concerned contractors, wondering if they will be cited for not having one of two new classes of construction activity permits, intended to ensure safety on jobsites. But Senior Safety Engineer Joel Foss says no worries: Existing permits will be honored.
