OSHA Announces More – Longshoring and Marine Terminal Requirements

Fed-OSHA is reminding employers that new requirements for complying with standards for longshoring and marine terminals went into effect July 27, 1998. The final rule containing those standards was published July 25, 1997, and the majority of the rule went into effect January 21, 1998.
