LOS ANGELES -- Following the recent deaths of two workers, Fed/OSHA has issued a Safety and Health Information Bulletin addressing the hazards of de-watering newly constructed natural gas pipelines. In both fatalities, the victims were struck by temporary piping that was not properly anchored and broke loose from couplings due to excessive air pressure.The bulletin was developed jointly with the Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) in the U.
