OSHA Proposes Million Dollar Penalty – Against Ohio Egg Processor

SAN FRANCISCO - Proposed penalties totaling $1,072,000 --- mainly for willful violations of safe work and housing rules --- were announced by Fed-OSHA on August 18. The employer is AgriGeneral of Croton, OH, which produces, processes and distributes eggs at its 7,000-acre facility. There are 310 employees.
