OSHA Seeks 200 Logs Directly From Employers

BERKELEY - Fed-OSHA is asking for 1995 injury and illness data from 80,000 larger employers in selected high hazard industries. Eight thousand California employers are included. They, like the others, will be getting (or may have gotten) letters explaining that OSHA is asking for the totals from their 1995 Log and Summary (OSHA No. 200) as well as information about numbers of employees and hours worked.In California, the OSHA 200 logs will be tallied by the Division of Labor Statistics and Resear
