OSHA Seeks $600,000-Plus in Penalties in Ohio Chemical Blast

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited Concept Sciences, Inc. (CSI), of Allentown, Pa., for 20 violations of safety regulations in connection with a February 1999 explosion that killed five workers and injured two others.Included in the citations are allegations of 11 willful violations.
