Chamber Bill Would Protect Firms’ Records of Voluntary Safety Self-Audits

California Supreme Court Rules Injured Worker Wrongfully Terminated – is Entitled to Prejudgment Interest

The state’s high court has overturned a decision by the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and ruled that an employee wrongfully terminated after an injury is entitled to prejudgment interest in addition to back pay.
