Prop. 65 Does Not Cover Ag Use of Methyl Bromide

LOS ANGELES - On January 21 a San Francisco Superior Court judge denied environmentalists a preliminary injunction that would have halted Proposition 65 delisting of agricultural use of methyl bromide. The Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) is crying foul and will continue the appeal.The ruling does not change Prop. 65 warnings for any use of the chemical to fumigate buildings.
