The Cal/OSH Standards Board will hold a public hearing on three new proposed revisions to Title 8 safety orders Feb. 21 in Sacramento.Among them is a proposed revision to Construction Safety Orders (CSO) 1527 that would require hand-washing facilities for workers at construction sites.
