SACRAMENTO -- An incident in which a construction worker was killed when his jackhammer struck a buried electrical conductor has prompted the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and the Cal/OSH Standards Board to promulgate a revision to the Electrical Safety Orders requiring employers to identify and inform employees about these lines.The proposal will be part of a public hearing by the Standards Board Oct. 21 in San Diego.Also part of the public hearing will be a proposal to updat
