LAKE ARROWHEAD -- Gerald Lombardo, who served as a district manager in three Division of Occupational Safety and Health offices, died early this week after emergency heart surgery. He was 67.Department of Industrial Relations spokesperson Dean Fryer said Lombardo was preparing for a weekend outing on March 26 when he complained of chest pains and was taken to the hospital.
