Revisions to Explosives Proposal

SACRAMENTO -- The Cal/OSH Standards Board has made a number of changes to the rule-making proposal it introduced last summer to consolidate regulations regarding explosives.The 280-page proposal, which culminated a process started in 1985, was subject to a public hearing last year. The modifications were issued via a 15-day notice and the package will be submitted to the Standards Board for adoption most likely later this year.The consolidation covers Construction Safety Orders Articles 2 and 8,
