SACRAMENTO - Philip Morris Inc. and a group of executives in the hospitality business called a news conference here February 1 to announce that they have filed a lawsuit aginst the city and county of San Francisco. They are asking that a recently enacted ordinance that bans smoking in enclosed workplaces and certain sports arenas be declared invalid and unenforceable.
