Ralph Allen, longtime district manager for the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) office in San Jose, is retiring, Deputy Chief for Field Enforcement Vicky Heza announced at the recent Cal/OSHA Advisory Committee meeting.Allen has been district manager at the office, which recently moved to Fremont, since 1989.
