Seeking Harmony Between Cal/Osha’s Pipeline Proposal And Legislative Action

Rulemaking and legislative efforts to prevent another tragedy like the November 2004 pipeline explosion in Walnut Creek are reaching nexus, and stakeholders at a Cal/OSHA Standards Board public hearing urged the board to harmonize its proposal with state Senate bill 1359.
