Standards Board Bill Resurfaces

Legislation that would govern how members of the Cal/OSH Standards Board are appointed has resurfaced and is on the governor's desk. SB 1215, authored by state Sen. Martha Escutia (D-Montebello), is the successor bill to SB 123, which was vetoed in August.In that action, Gov.
