California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) reports that the owner and two employees of Foundations & Earth Retaining Systems of Lafayette were injured in an incident at a private-residence project Dec. 3.The workers were using a drilling machine with a six-foot auger to do foundation repair at a home in Orinda.
