SAN DIEGO - Almost four years from the day Ramon Romero died after he jumped into a 700-gallon cyanide vat to rescue another employee, and 3-1/2 years after Cal-OSHA charged K&L Plating of Oakland with a number of serious violations of safety rules, K&L has finally been shut down.
