SAN FRANCISCO - Teamsters Local 70 and United Parcel Service have offered a $25,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the assailant of a UPS driver who died after being assaulted on his Oakland, CA, route. Mark Martin, 37, was attacked by someone who jumped into his van when it slowed for traffic on 98th Ave. around 2:30 p.m. on May 17, as Martin was driving to the UPS distribution center.
