WC Insurers Still Don’t Want to Collect High Hazard Funds

SACRAMENTO - The workers' compensation insurance community continues to object to having to collect assessments from their insureds with high experience modifications (Xmods) to support the Cal-OSHA Targeted Inspection and Consultation Fund. The Association of California Insurance Companies (ACIC) asked Sacramento Superior Court to stop the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) from ordering them to collect the money.
