SAN DIEGO - Fed-OSHA, following a company-wide inspection of records that ENR (Engineering News-Record) says was "prodded along by the carpenters' union", has charged BE & K Construction Co. of Birmingham, Alabama, with eight willful violations for failure to keep records of injuries and illnesses.
