SAN DIEGO - On April 14, the Assembly Public Safety Committee will consider AB 2568 (Oller), which would amend Penal Code 387 - the Corporate Criminal Liability Act. The bill has been double-joined to 2317 (Knox), which would amend Labor Code 6425 by strengthening the criminal sanctions for willful violations of safety orders that cause the death, or permanent or prolonged impairment, of any employee.
