Worker Safety Prosecutor Project to Hold Seminar July 7 in Santa Monica

OAKLAND -- The California District Attorneys Association (CDAA) will hold a one-day seminar entitled "Worker Safety Enforcement: A Prosecutor's Perspective," July 7 at the DoubleTree Guest Suites in Santa Monica.CDAA's Worker Safety Circuit Prosecutor Project, funded by Cal/OSHA, assists rural counties in developing cases against employers following workplace fatalities and conducts the prosecutions.
