Worker Survives Seven-Story Fall in San Diego Scaffold Collapse

A worker was seriously injured but escaped with his life after a scaffold collapsed at a building in downtown San Diego Nov. 17.The worker plunged seven stories and was found in rubble at the base of the 10-story James R. Mills building, which houses the headquarters for the San Diego Trolley authority.
