Cal/OSHA’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health is investigating three recent workplace fatalities, including two more falls. In San Jose, an employee of Intelligent Technologies and Services, which installs fire suppression systems, suffered severe injuries after falling through a floor while surveying an attic in early February.
