TIRE INFLATION EQUIPMENT -- SERIOUS VS NONSERIOUS VIOLATION -- PENALTY DETERMINATION FACTORS. The Board amended the citation, reducing the violation from serious to nonserious and the proposed civil penalty from $600 to $100. The standard allegedly violated required a clip-on type chuck to be used on air hoses operated in conjunction with a tire changing device (Sec. 3325).
