STAIRWELLS AND STAIRS. The citation alleging violation of safety orders requiring temporary stair treads to fill the full width of the pan was dismissed and the proposed civil penalty of $65 accordingly vacated. The Board found that Appellant was not in violation of Section 1626 in that none of its employees were at the site of the alleged violation.
