HOUSEKEEPING -- TEMPORARY STAIR TREADS -- CONTROL OF SUBCONTRACTOR. The Board affirmed a citation alleging violation of safety orders requiring passageways and work areas be kept free from debris (Sec. 1513); and for failure to maintain temporary wood stair treads the full width of the pans (Sec. 1626(f)).
