STAIRWELLS AND STAIRS. The appeal was granted and the citation and proposed penalty vacated for an alleged violation of safety orders requiring that temporary stair treads occupy the full widths of the pans (Sec. 1626). The Board found that Appellant was not in violation in that none of its employees were working at the site of the alleged violation at the time of the inspection.
