HEAD PROTECTION -- HOUSEKEEPING -- ACCIDENT PREVENTION PROGRAM, JOB SITE. The Board affirmed a citation and civil penalties resulting from the alleged violation of safety orders requiring that the employer enforce the wearing of hard hats in areas of falling or flying material (Sec. 1516); and for failure to keep work areas and passageways free from scraps and debris (Sec. 1513(a)).
