LIFTING CAPACITY OF FORKS -- SPECIAL ORDER, WHEN CITABLE--GROUNDING PORTABLE EQUIPMENT--BELT AND PULLEY DRIVES GUARDING--FIXED LADDERS--GUARDRAILS. The Board dismissed the proposed $75 penalty and set aside Item 1 of the citation which alleged failure to post lifting capacity of an industrial truck (Sec. 3660), for the rated capacity was displayed in a manner which was readily visible to the operator at all times.
