HEAD PROTECTION -- GROUNDING METHODS -- ASSESSMENT OF PENALTIES. The Board dismissed the appeal and affirmed the citation and proposed civil penalties from the alleged violations of safety orders requiring the employer to provide head protection for employees subjected to the hazard of falling or flying objects (Sec. 1516) and prohibiting the use of an ungrounded two-wire extension cord (Sec. 1762).
