Warning Devices---Penalty Determination. The Appeal was granted in part and denied in part, the Board affirming the citation but vacating the proposed civil penalty for the alleged violation of a safety order requiring that trucks with a capacity over 2 1/2 cubic yards used to haul construction material be equipped with back-up warning devices (1592).
