Floor, Roof and Wall Openings to be Guarded---Metal Scaffolds, Base---Improperly Cited Code Section. The Appeal was granted in part and denied in part from four alleged violations of T8 CAC, three of which were in issue.
The Appellant was found to be in violation of Section 1632, a safety order requiring that floor, roof and wall openings through which men or materials might fall be guarded, where Appellant failed to cover or guard a 30" x 24" roof opening.
