[1] Exposure, Identification of Employees---[2] First-Aid Materials, Ready Availability. The appeal was granted in part and denied in part from a citation alleging six nonserious violations, only two of which were in issue.

Appellant, a subcontractor, was in violation of Section 1673 where a workman was observed on two by ten planks placed across an empty stairwell ten feet above a concrete floor, with spaces between the planks large enough for a man to fall through.
