Abatement Period, Reasonable in Light of Four Months Pending Hearing. The appeal from the reasonableness of the abatement period was denied and the Board ordered Appellant to make the required changes within 30 days. Appellant received a citation for 11 nonserious and one serious violation.
Neither Appellant nor the Division could offer evidence with respect to the abatement of the nonserious violations. Both parties stipulated that the serious violation remained unabated.
