Floor and Roof Openings to be Guarded. The appeal was denied and a citation alleging two nonserious violations was affirmed. Appellant had contested the existence of the violation of 1632 and the proposed $60 penalty.

The Appeals Board found that Appellant's employees, working on two-story hospital building under construction, were exposed to six unguarded openings through which men or material might fall.
