Guarding, V-Belt and Pulley, General. Appellant was cited for failure to guard the V-belt and pulley drive of four different items in his shop. While viable defenses (i.e., lack of exposure) may mitigate certain of the items cited, only one violation need be substantiated to support an alleged violation of Section 4070(c).
