Electrical, High Voltage. The appeal was denied and the proposed penalty of $600 for a serious violation of Section 2946(a) was affirmed.
Appellant was engaged in the drilling of de-watering holes and the installation of pipe. The holes were about six feet distant on a horizontal plane from overhead high voltage lines located about 34 feet above the ground.
