Reciprocating Parts, "Tipper-Tie Machine"---Consultation with DIS, Appropriate Remedy for Questionable Compliance---Employer Responsibility, for Rental Equipment. The appeal was denied except that the abatement date was extended 60 days from the date of the inspection.

Appellant packaged meat and used a "tipper-tie" machine to extract excess air from plastic bags and to seal a metal staple around the end of the bag. The machine had an unguarded knife that descended, clipping the bag and cutting
