Housekeeping, Debris---Industrial Trucks, Operating Rules. The appeal was denied and civil penalties totaling $330 were affirmed.
Appellant was found in violation of Section 1513(a) (housekeeping) where it allowed the work site to become littered with an unreasonable amount of scrap lumber with protruding nails, and of Section 3659(a) where a forklift was parked on a grade in excess of five per cent without blocking the wheels.
