Electrical, Guarding of Temporary Lighting [2427]. The appeal, from one of two alleged nonserious violations contained in the citation, was granted. No penalty had been proposed.
Appellant was a subcontractor at a construction site and had installed several temporary lighting cords or stringers at the project.
